No, all the structure is non smoking. You can smoke in the garden.

There are several car rentals near the railway station and you can ask the reception staff to assist you if needed.

The prices refer to the daily rates per flat.

On which floors are the flats located?
The flats of the residence are arranged on three floors and are served by a spacious elevator.

Does the residence have a private parking space?
Yes, free private parking space is available during your holidays in Florence.

Do rooms have a nice view?
Yes, the rooms of the residence overlook the beautiful garden.

Do the flats have en-suite telephones/TV's?
Yes, all flats have Satellite TV and phones with direct dialing, even in the bathroom!


How far is the nearest train station?
The train station of Santa Maria Novella is only a ten minute bus or taxi ride or 20 minute walk from the residence.

How far is the airport?
The airport of Florence (Amerigo Vespucci) is 10 kilometers from the residence.

Is breakfast included?
No.

How far is the closest bus stop from the residence?
The bus stop is in Piazza Ferrucci, at about 200 meters from the residence. The center of Florence can also be visited with the small bus D.

It is possible to ask the reception staff to reserve tickets for museums?
